Scopus secures your data both physically and electronically.
Data protection on our production site
SCOPUS production facilities are secured to ensure the protection of your data and documents by the following means:
- Fenced-in premises with secure access (gate and door with key).
- Alarm system protecting the interior of the building.
- Production and storage workshops with access restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Access to electronic data restricted to authorized persons only.
- The cards or paper documents produced from these data are stored in strong cabinets until they are dispatched.
- The cards or paper documents produced are dispatched by carrier with a tracking number enabling the shipment to be followed.
Secure data transfer
Data is encrypted and stored on secure servers. Any data sent back to customers after processing (when Scopus adds further information) is transmitted by secure means :
- Encrypted transmissions for electronic shipments.
- Tracked mail for shipments on physical media.
