GER’PASSE is a lightweight intranet software package for managing reception areas:
– Manage visits to your company (simple or pre-announced)
– Print visitor badges
– Use additional modules to manage day-to-day reception tasks: mail, parcels, taxis, hand-rails, keys and notes.
– Manage visitors, including the location of their vehicles
– Customise your reception by selecting the type of visit your establishment can offer (classic, lounge, VIP….)
– Generate statistics and export records. Fully configurable and customisable by the administrator.
Also available for use on tablets. Badges can be printed on a blank or pre-printed PVC, rewritable, paper or cardboard badge printer.
