Graphic customization
Depending on your requirements in terms of usage, cost and even security, we’ll help you determine the right technique for personalizing your badges.
Sublimation: Sublimation printing is a thermal printing technique. The principle involves heating a pigmented wax, which changes from a solid to a gaseous state, and projecting it onto the substrate. On contact, it cools and solidifies. This technique is ideal for very small runs and personalized cards.
Embossing: allows characters to appear in relief, as on credit cards.
Thermal transfer: printing in a single color, black.
Retransfer: high-definition color printing
DOD: With 600 dpi print resolution and a very high level of detail, your badges will be of the highest quality. The slight relief of the print adds aesthetic interest.
Electrical customization
We encode the magnetic tracks of your LoCo and HiCo badges.
We also encode all types of contactless (RFID) 125kHz and 13.56MHz badges.
We advise and support you in your encoding charters and in the design of your identifiers.
Variable data: preparing files for customization
The database file
This file must be in the form of a table in which each column represents variable data: Last name, First name, Site, Personnel number, Photo, etc.
Choose classic fonts: Arial, Futura, Times, Helvetica, Calibri … to avoid misinterpretation of accents by the software.
Please provide a single file per order, sorted in the direction requested by the customer, with a single tab.
The photos
Your photo must be full-size in .jpg format and weigh between 30 and 90 kb.
All photos must be in a single folder.
The photo file must have the same name as the one entered in the “PHOTOS” column of your Excel file.
To avoid typing errors, we advise you to use a registration number rather than your first and last name.

Please allow 7 to 8 days maximum for printing and personalization of your identifiers, but we’ll do our best to deliver before then.
Yes, in fact we offer a stock of cards that we keep in our factory for on-demand personalization.
If you would like to personalize your badge on your badge printer, please let us know so that we can specify this on the press proof and adapt our printing method.
And if you’d like to supply us with pre-printed badges for personalization, this is also possible, but we ask that they be brand-new, unused and boxed.
The chip’s serial number (UID) can never be modified.
On the other hand, on latest-generation DESFire® chips (EV2 or EV3), it is possible to register new applications or modify the CSNs registered in the various sectors.
